Mordechai M. Tarlow, MD, FAAD
Dr. Tarlow graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, where based on his performance among the top of the class he was selected to membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed his dermatology training at Rutgers University Medical School in New Jersey, where he served as the chief resident in his final year. He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals as well as textbook chapters. In addition to maintaining a busy practice, he is a member of the faculty in the Department of Dermatology at the Perelman School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was awarded the prestigious Duhring award for excellence in teaching. He lives in Lakewood with his wife and children, and uses his passion for dermatology and medicine in general to help the surrounding community in cases of facial trauma requiring expert reconstructive care.

Esther Stern, NP
Esther has been an integral member of Advanced Dermatology since 2009. She graduated from the SUNY Downstate nursing program with a bachelors of science in nursing. Esther began her nursing career at Maimonides Medical Center in New York as a NICU/PICU nurse. She subsequently graduated SUNY Stony Brook with a masters degree in advanced practice nursing. She is a frequent contributing editor to Clinical Advisor, a monthly journal for nurse practitioners and physician assistants. She lives in Lakewood with her husband and children. Esther has been a provider at Advanced Dermatology for about a decade, and she is known for her unusually high level of diagnostic acumen, as well as for her genuine care and concern for all her patients.
Pesha M. Cohen, NP
Pesha M. Cohen is a board certified Nurse practitioner and a graduate of Monmouth University, where she earned her master's degree. With experience in the dermatology field since 2008, Pesha joined Advanced Dermatology as a full-time nurse practitioner in 2016. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Pesha treats patients of all ages, from pediatrics to adults and on to geriatrics. She lives in Lakewood with her husband and child. She is a very popular provider at Advanced Dermatology, and is in high demand, reflecting her warmth, gentle demeanor, and expert care.
Y. Fay Prag, NP
Fay graduated from Touro College School of Health Sciences at the top of her class and was granted the Academic Excellence Award for her 4.0 GPA. She was then selected by the Dean to become a part time faculty member of the college to mentor and tutor nursing students. Fay completed her training as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain College of Nursing, and immediately pursued her passion for dermatology by joining the practice in 2018. She lives in Lakewood with her husband and 2 wonderful sons. Her warmth and pleasant demeanor is evident in each and every one of her patient encounters.
